All Congress sessions were held at the hotel “Cosmos”. The Cosmos Hotel is located in the north-east of Moscow on one of the city's major streets - prospect Mira, in the green district, just 20 minutes drive to the centre. It is next to the All-Russia Exhibition Centre (V.V.C.), close to Ostankino Telecom Tower, and Count Sheremetyev's Palace.
